This recent sale of a townhouse in Langford, came at a time when the market had definitely softened with mortgage rates high, and buyer uncertainty all around. We knew that it would not be an easy sale. Haley was thoughtful and very strategic in her approach. She was not above getting her hands dirty. As this property is not in the town that we live in, she helped us immensely with getting it ready to put on the market but also with housekeeping issues as they arose during the months that the property was on the market. Never once did we need to chase her to find out what was happening. Each and every time. there was a showing, we received feedback and there were regular strategy conversations that also occurred. Haley gave us the best possible Real Estate experience, we could ever have hoped for and more! She was very pleasant and easy to deal with in every way. But our experience was not long lasting, as we put our house on the market on a Tuesday and by Wednesday, she called us with an offer for $110 thousand over the asking price! Haley was amazing with our house hunting experience. From narrowing down our search and setting up a day to view multiple homes to helping communicate with the developer of the home we chose. She was very organized and easy to communicate with. She kept in mind our priorities and budget to find the best options. Then from there she communicated with the developers and assisted with keeping them organized and on track for the new townhome. What can we say about Haley Lopez! We just finalized the purchase of a townhouse and couldn’t be more pleased that Haley was representing our interests. So, I was a first time seller with no experience in the real estate selling process. Where to begin I ask myself? Easiest is to look on-line at the many real estate web sites. Doing so one stood out and that was Pemberton Holmes. A great web site, easy to use with up-to-date information and just pops. Scrolling thru the listed realtors Haley, her pleasant smile, caught my attention and I made a decision to take the next step and visit their office. A couple of days later I had time to drop into their Langford office and wouldn’t you know it there was that pleasant smile. That first meeting with Haley put me at ease. She explained to me each step of the selling process providing information to my questions that were clear and concise providing blank copies of documents that are used in the selling process. My concerns regarding personal information sharing privacy concerns in completing these documents was eased as she assured me that all information was treated with the greatest of care. Haley is a person who is interested in and loves her profession being responsive to the needs of her client. Through her many contacts she has the pulse of the local real estate market. Her real estate experience, knowledge, and efforts resulted in a selling price well above my guesstimate.
